  • Delivering constructive criticism/discipline – maintaining dignity and motivation
  • Creating loyalty, co-operation and commitment – what your team can expect of you
  • Dealing with your responsibility for the team to your superiors
  • Managing the quality of your team’s work versus the quantity
  • Reviewing the techniques needed to retain control yet maintain a friendly, trusting work environment
  • How to establish yourself as a new manager without abandoning the relationships with previous co-workers
