Established in 1995, Deltapoint is based around the skills, expertise and experience of not just the two directors, but the combined resources of a carefully selected core of associates from multi-disciplined technical/scientific sales and marketing backgrounds.

THE TEAM

Celia Randall – Co-Founder and Director;
Senior Coach and Trainer

From a Bioscience background Celia spent six years in sales and marketing within the Pharmaceutical and Diagnostics industries then a further six years as a senior recruitment consultant before founding Delta Consultants in 1988 (now sold). Celia has substantial experience in the healthcare and scientific industries, in particular with “people/HR” issues. A high profile individual, Celia is active at senior client level and with a number of prestigious industry associations.

Andrew Cuthbert – Training Associate & Business Advisor
Andrew has 25 years experience in the diagnostics industry in a variety of roles including both domestic and export sales, marketing and general management. Having spent 18 years as Managing Director of companies serving the pathology sector, including 3 years on the Board of Directors of a US company, Andrew has experience of company turnaround, company start-up and development, of acquisition and of working in a large multinational.
Andrew’s particular skills are in building teams committed to excellence in customer service and internal relations and in devising strategic plans to meet business objectives.



Tricia Ridgway ACIB – Training Associate & Business Advisor
Over the last 22 years Tricia Ridgway has been helping thousands of businesses to start up and grow. Tricia is an independent consultant specialising in training business owners to understand and influence their business finances and ultimately improve their profitability.    Tricia combines proven financial techniques to improve and control business finances with a strong practical no nonsense approach. Tricia is a qualified banker with extensive formal commercial training across a wide range of industries and has a passion to see businesses succeed

Paul Balmer – Training Associate and Business Advisor
After university Paul spent some years in increasing senior roles within Pharmaceutical/Medical Devices sales and marketing before moving into consultancy. Combining considerable line and senior management experience with extensive formal marketing training Paul is regularly involved in multi site international consultancy at executive level.

Annette Lane – Co-Founder and Director; Senior Recruitment Consultant and European Business Advisor.
Annette also has a life science background and worked for several years in research before moving into commerce with diagnostic companies such as Boehringer Mannheim, Germany( now Roche Diagnostics ) and bioMérieux, France . After more than 20 years in the business, where she held positions in training and product management on an international basis, she set up as an independent consultant before joining forces with Celia Randall in the mid 90s. With strong linguistic skills and multicultural knowledge, she is able to add a strong international dimension to the company , with a special emphasis on France, where she has lived since 1985. Annette is involved in recruitment of sales, marketing and management personnel at all levels and coordinates training/marketing/business development projects at a European level

 
COURSES

Designed to offer skills training in a prescribed series or sequence of lectures. Most effective when run over a number of days, weeks or months to reinforce/ supplement experience and where knowledge is gradually being acquired and applied.

WORKSHOPS

Workshops bring groups together to work creatively on challenging projects starting with clear objectives and ending in action plans.

COACHING

Designed to maximise individual performance. Developing self confidence and self belief through support, encouragement and mentoring in a non-judgemental environment.
